Opa! Fries began with a single rule founder Hassan Raza picked up while working the fry station of a family-run taverna in Naxos, Greece: potatoes deserve patience. Triple-fried, never rushed, seasoned with whatever was fresh that week at the local market. He brought that rule home to Lahore, and it became the backbone of everything we make - from our original Classic Sea Salt bag to the gift boxes we now ship across Pakistan.
We're still a family business, run out of Lahore. Every new flavor gets tested at our own dinner table before it goes anywhere near a customer, and every batch is still small enough that someone in the family has tasted it personally before it reaches your door in DHA, Gulberg, Johar Town, or wherever in Pakistan you happen to be.
